As soon as you book your home spa service, one of our technicians will contact you to confirm related details and conduct a health assessment. On the day of the service, our technician will arrive at your home with all necessary equipment and supplies. It is expected that you will be provided with a premium, comfy setting and a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere during your treatment.
Our guests are part of a collaborative relationship. Prior to booking our service, ensure you have a space in your house to accommodate the chosen service. For a comfortable setting, we recommend at least 6ft x 8ft of space (a room or an open area). A spa professional will set up the equipment, such as a facial/massage table, manicure station, treatment machine, and other utilities based on the service requested. Although we're a mobile spa, we're also a hybrid. Currently, we cover Ottawa, Gatineau, and Montreal Island. However, you can decide to book at on-site service at our spa located in Ottawa south (Forestglade Crescent).
